Meagan Blanden from Instyle has looked after a couple of my properties and is always professional as well as personable with her dealings. Meagan ensures that she takes care of my tenants and my properties are well maintained.Meagan went above and beyond in trying to find a new home for my previous tenants when we recently sold the property they were renting, including sending them postings of homes that she didn' t look after and also acting as a referee for them.I look forward to working with Meagan in the future

I am renting a property with InStyle, and I have been pleased with all my dealings with their team. Hollie Stegeman, in particular, who is the office manager has been looking after me very well as a tenant. Whenever I had questions or needed something fixed on the property, she always treated me with the uttermost professionalism and respect. I have found Hollie Stegeman friendly, accessible, and efficient in dealing with my queries. Just recently, I am looking to rent in other states but I didn't know what to do and how to do due to COVID restriction. Despite clear that what can be annoying, Holly spared no effort to find real estate agents of affiliates in other states through her time and effort, explain and help me with my situation. . So a big thank you to Hollie and the team at InStyle! Highly recommend them!

May be my review won't matter, especially to the owners of InStyle, but my experience has been less than positive, mainly due to the lack of transparency and lack of initiative displayed by the organisation in resolving our concerns.Don't want to get into specifics and no name calling, but willing to if the need be.To everyone who's dealing with them, best of luck. I wish your experience is better than ours.

Joe White is the best property manager I've had. His professionalism and communication is something I can't fault at any level. Every new applicant for my investment property that applies, Joe is on the phone to me, and every inspection he carries out he updates me on the condition of my property even though I get the standard email anyway. I only wanted the cleanest tenants and Joe got them for me.

Ric and his team acted quickly and professionally in helping to find a quality tenant after my original tenancy arrangements fell through last minute. Within 24hrs the property was viewed and photographed; within 48hrs the property was listed and within the week a new tenant was signed. So relieved to have things taken care of! Thank you!!

We were really happy with dealing with inStyle. The agent we were dealing wrote use personally that we were top clients. She moved on soon after we were transferred to another state. We found our dream property to rent and were going to use inStyle as reference. Due to no response from inStyle we did not get the property. Very, Very dissapointed with inStyle

I can highly recommend using Instyle Property Management. After my divorce, I unexpectedly found myself back in the rental market (after years of owning my own homes.) From the very beginning Ric Hambrook was professional, reliable, friendly and compassionate. Any of my calls/txts were always answered or returned within a very short time frame (including when he had just had his newborn baby.) Almost 2 years later, I am now in a position where I have been fortunate enough to purchase my own home again. Ric has provided support and encouragement and has alleviated the stress of needing to break my lease 2 months prior to its expiration with his professional approach and ability to "read the market" during these very unprecedented times of the Covid Global Pandemic. If I ever was in a position to require a property manager, I would have absolutely no hesitation in appointing Ric Hambrook. One of my favourite quotes is:- "People wont always remember what you said, but they will always remember the way you made them feel". This could not be more accurate in this scenario.
