We were really happy with dealing with inStyle. The agent we were dealing wrote use personally that we were top clients. She moved on soon after we were transferred to another state. We found our dream property to rent and were going to use inStyle as reference. Due to no response from inStyle we did not get the property. Very, Very dissapointed with inStyle

I can highly recommend using Instyle Property Management. After my divorce, I unexpectedly found myself back in the rental market (after years of owning my own homes.) From the very beginning Ric Hambrook was professional, reliable, friendly and compassionate. Any of my calls/txts were always answered or returned within a very short time frame (including when he had just had his newborn baby.) Almost 2 years later, I am now in a position where I have been fortunate enough to purchase my own home again. Ric has provided support and encouragement and has alleviated the stress of needing to break my lease 2 months prior to its expiration with his professional approach and ability to "read the market" during these very unprecedented times of the Covid Global Pandemic. If I ever was in a position to require a property manager, I would have absolutely no hesitation in appointing Ric Hambrook. One of my favourite quotes is:- "People wont always remember what you said, but they will always remember the way you made them feel". This could not be more accurate in this scenario. I have been renting since over 13 years now. Both in New Zealand and Australia. InStyle Property Management is the best company that I have been with.They are:1. Easy to deal with2. Very responsive (even after hours)3. Helps sort the problems very fast and does not need reminding4. They are professional5. They come with a solution to all your problems and does what it takes to make you happy.I have been dealing with Joe who is my property manager and it is an absolute delight to coordinate with him no matter what the situation or problem is.Even if one day we decide to move from the current property we will always stick with InStyle because they take customer service seriously.

I moved from NSW to SA while the borders were closed, and while other agents wouldn't allow me to sign a rental agreement without a physical inspection, InStyle had great policies in place that allowed me to do a virtual tour of the property. Jade, my property manager, went out of her way to review my application and have it approved within a few hours! She then provided everything I needed via online channels. This has without a doubt been the easiest and most relaxed rental process I have ever experienced, and this during a lockdown! Jade has been exceptionally helpful, a great communicator, quick to reply, and has really made this process seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended!
