In Style Property Management have now lifted the bar for professionalism and service. Ric and his team managed to secure tenants for our property within 3 weeks from the first listing. This is also taking into account one long weekend where people tends to be away. Not only Instyle offer competitive property management fee, but their lease renewal and re-letting fees are all very competitive as well. Their high quality photos on your property also allow them to provide first positive impression in attracting tenants to visit your property. This is only the beginning. Instyle will now effectively managing the property on our behalf. So far, they have provided confidence, honesty and great communications to us. We have good faith and trust that this will last for the years to come.

The professional and personable team at InStyle Property Management in Adelaide are simply excellent. Ric has been super good in managing our expectations for our move from Tokyo to Adelaide. I, as a professional, have been relocating people for the past 15 years. I have rented properties through other agencies in the past and found it hard to get my property manager to respond to maintenance issues. Renting through InStyle has been so refreshing. Ric's team is simply great. After wasting a full year of mine with an unprofessional company, I finally realised what standards are. The communication of Instyle is impeccable. Instyle now manage all 3 of our investment properties. After originally transferring one from another agency as a trial, we immediately noticed the difference in communication and attention to detail. Currently have 2 properties managed by Instyle and have no objections. Great service, great communication, always on time with payments and statements and I never hear of any issues with tenants - they're managing things extremely well and I have no fuss with referring Instyle to my friends or family.
